Recreational Trawls (Balloon Type) Our standard trawls are built with a #7 twine and use 1-1/2” stretch mesh in the body, full cut, hung on poly non-stretch rope with loop chain on the bottom. Tickler chain, doors, towlines and trailer float are included on complete rigs. These trawls can be built to meet individual state requirements. Net comes fully assembled / calibrated and ready to use. Nets are treated in green abrasion resistant net dip.
